Children giving birth to children before they are mature enough to take on serious parenting responsibilities can lead to systematic chronic poverty. The teenage girl nor boy are educated enough to take on parenting duties because they usually too young to work. These conditions have developed generational cycles of the same behavior patterns. I believe these behavior patterns stem from hundreds of years of enslavement. Usually, the girl is usually made to feel shamed and responsible, which is wrong. We need to start teaching young teenage boy to have more respect for teenage girls and realize their roll in the whole process. Teenage boys need to be taught to have respect for their body as well.
