During the months of December, 2002 and January through February, 2003, I participated in a two-person exhibition at the National Conference of Artists Galleries in Detroit, Michigan. The opening and reception coincided with a city-wide galleries' hops. There were two musicians performing in the gallery during opening. Therefore, this painting is in dedication to the musicians who perfoormed.
